Anju is a dedicated classical dancer and teacher, she began her journey at the age of four in Kerala and has since evolved into a refined performer with strong roots in tradition. Trained at the prestigious Kalakshetra Foundation in Chennai, she completed her Postgraduate Diploma and was an active member of the Kalakshetra Repertory Company.
She has performed at esteemed cultural platforms and earned recognition through various competitions. With over six years of teaching experience, she brings a thoughtful and student-centered approach to her classes. Known for her detailed and patient teaching style, she ensures that every student truly understands each movement, concept, and expression—guiding them to practice until they gain clarity, confidence, and precision.
She is passionate about nurturing students in Bharatanatyam while instilling strong fundamentals and a deep appreciation for the art form. Students are guided through a structured learning approach, and based on their readiness and stage of learning, she actively mentors them toward performance opportunities—referring and preparing them for suitable stages that align with their growth.
Additionally, students can appear for examinations conducted under the International Dance Council (CID) certification, providing them with global recognition of their progress.
