Smt. Sindhuja Srivathsan

Smt. Sindhuja Srivathsan is a Carnatic vocalist from Bangalore who hails from a musically inclined family. She holds a Masters's degree in Carnatic Vocal music. Sindhuja was schooled under the tutelage of Smt. Rajalakshmi and later from vocalist and veena artist Smt. Hema Jagannathan and possesses a vast repertoire of krithis that includes rare compositions and composers. She has specialized in teaching basic and intermediate, and advanced Carnatic Music to aspirants of music for the last 8 years and has students in India and overseas. She is a teacher to many of her students who have excelled in this art form. She has been training successfully for Grade Exams conducted by the Academy. Also, she has been guiding students for Under Graduate music degrees at various institutions. She has performed concerts in many prominent sabhas, stages, and shows. She has achieved many prizes, medals, and awards for her contribution to art. Sindhuja emphasizes a lot on individual attention to every one of her students. Her passion for teaching is reflected in her personally crafted lesson plans for each individual.
