Smt. Rukmini SriKrishna

Smt. Rukmini SriKrishna, an All India Radio B-grade vocalist started her Carnatic Music journey at a very young age under the tutelage of Sri. M.Sudhakar of Vijayawada and Sri Ayyagari Shyam Sundar, Principal Government Music College, Vijayawada. Currently, she is under the tutelage of Sri. Neyveli Santhanagopalan and follows the "Tyagaraja Sampradaya" into the sixth generation. She pursued her Diploma in Music from the Telugu University with distinction.She then went on to pursue her Masters in Music from Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswavidyalayam, Tirupati, yet again with a distinction. She is now pursuing her M. Phil. in Indian Music from Kalai Kaveri, Trichy. She has performed in various sabhas and for more than 15 years, she has devoted herself to teaching vocal music to many students. She has trained her students for a number of inter-school competitions, thematic programs, and also for the Annamalai University Grade Exams
