Shri. Sri Krishna Tadepally

Shri. Sri Krishna Tadepally, a post graduate in Indian Music from the University of Madras hails from a family of musicians and composers. His father, Dr. T. Lokanadha Sarma is a direct disciple of Late Chittoor Subrahmanya Pillai of the Kancheepuram Nayana Pillai School. He has accompanied his father in all the concerts right from the age of 7. He is a first class holder in his Masters Degree and has won a number of prizes and endowment awards from the University of Madras for his excellence in Theory as well as Practical aspects of Music. He has received “Sri Patrayani Seetarama Sastry Memorial Music Puraskar” for “Young talented Carnatic Vocal Musician” in the memory of “Sangeeta Guru” of Ghantasala in the year 2001 and “the Best Teacher” award from Saraswathi Vidyalayam in the year 2015 and 2017 for his dedication and outstanding teaching skills. He has also performed in many sabhas in Chennai, Tenali, Vijayawada, Trichy, Kakinada to name a few. He possesses a unique technique of teaching young children as per their understanding and capability with lot of patience and care.
